Damaged Products

If an error occurs on our part, return shipping will be covered by Dwella Decor.

Items lost or damaged in transit will be re-sent at our expense.

Credit or replacement for mis-shipped or damaged items will be issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Damages must be reported to Dwella Decor within 14 days of package receipt. After this timeframe, we cannot be held responsible.

Only damaged products returned within 14 days from the return authorization date are eligible for credit.
