Please note that all products sold on this website are considered “For Decorative Use Only.” Items should not be exposed to moisture, food, or weather unless specifically stated otherwise in the product description.

Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Dwella Decor! If for any reason you need to return an item, here are the guidelines:

Eligible Returns

  • Items in new condition, complete with original packaging

  • Items returned within 14 days of receipt

  • Items shipped incorrectly

  • Items ordered in error by customer

  • Items damaged during shipping

 

Return Shipping Fees

  • Return shipping fees may apply. Please contact us for details before sending items back.

Damaged Products

  • If an error occurs on our part, return shipping will be covered by Dwella Decor.

  • Items lost or damaged in transit will be re-sent at our expense.

  • Credit or replacement for mis-shipped or damaged items will be issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • Damages must be reported to Dwella Decor within 14 days of package receipt. After this timeframe, we cannot be held responsible.

  • Only damaged products returned within 14 days from the return authorization date are eligible for credit.
