Returns
DwellaDecor wants customers to feel confident in their purchase. If a return is needed, the following policy applies.
Return Window
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
Returned items must:
- Be in new, unused condition
- Include original packaging
- Be approved prior to return
Non-Returnable Items (Limited Exceptions)
Certain items may have limited return eligibility due to their nature or condition. These limitations, if applicable, will be clearly disclosed on the product page or at checkout prior to purchase.
Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect are always eligible for return or exchange in accordance with this policy.
Return Authorization (Required)
Before sending any item back, customers must contact DwellaDecor to receive return authorization and instructions. The process is simple, and our goal is to make things right as easily as possible.

Refunds
- Approved returns are eligible for a refund to the original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Please note that additional time may be required for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed and are subject to product availability for the following reasons:
- Damaged items
- Incorrect items shipped
- Customer preference
If an exchange is requested, DwellaDecor will work with the customer to arrange the best possible solution.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in most cases.
- DwellaDecor covers return shipping if the item is defective, the wrong item was shipped, or an error occurred on our part.
- No restocking fees apply.
Return Address & Warehouse Processing
All returns require prior authorization.
Once approved, DwellaDecor will provide the correct return address and instructions based on the item and fulfillment warehouse.
Do not send returns without authorization, as items shipped to the wrong location may experience delays or be refused.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, the issue must be reported within 14 days of delivery. DwellaDecor will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
